Minimalist Earrings – Gold, Cultured Pearl drops 1.5 in

All refunds are issued as store credit for the item only.  Refunds do not cover shipping costs, and will not be issued for uninsured items.

Pierced Earrings are exempt from returns policy unless packaging is unopened.

Returns will only be accepted as follows:

• Not as described or broken – please contact me as soon as possible and provide photo and explain reason for return request.
• If reason is accepted, a reference number will be provided.
• The item is to be returned in original packaging, at customer’s expense, with RMA number on outside of package.
• The refund credit will be provided as a RMA coupon code within 2 business days of receipt and checking of the returned item.
• The store credit will be issued for Original cost – 10% restocking fee + Return shipping cost.
• If a corrected/replacement item is required, please specify in your email and the 10% restocking fee will be waived.
• Use RMA Coupon Code when placing new order to ensure credit is applied.
